It’s the end of an era for Poppy and Cara Delevingne: After sharing a Hollywood Hills abode for more than four years and, during that time, completely overhauling the space to bring it more in line with their sisterly aesthetic, the pair have listed the home for $3.75 million, Mansion Global reports.

The Delevingnes, both models who have lately shifted their focus to acting, bought the home from Jared Leto, who costarred in Suicide Squad with Cara, in the summer of 2017 for just over $2 million. As detailed in a 2019 AD profile, the sisters then enlisted Nicolò Bini of Los Angeles–based Line Architecture to help them remodel the property, which was built in 1955 and comprises more than 4,000 square feet of living area across two stories, plus a sizable backyard with lagoon-style pool and plenty of outdoor entertaining space.

With Bini’s help, the Delevingnes brought a whirlwind of bright colors, clashing patterns, and materials from around the world into the low-key stucco home. The dining room, for example, is painted in a rich emerald green and anchored with a rattan monkey chandelier, and a nearby powder room is covered in palm-frond wallpaper and outfitted with a Mexican Talavera toilet and sink. The rest of the home is dotted with similarly whimsical touches, including queen-size bamboo bunk beds in the guest room, an island-themed custom-built bar, and a speakeasy-style soundproof party room connected to Cara’s bedroom, complete with mirrored ceiling, disco lighting, and stripper pole.

Each of the sisters’ bedrooms also represents their unique sensibilities: Poppy’s features hand-painted de Gournay wallpaper and a generally “calming atmosphere,” she told AD. Cara’s, meanwhile, is a riff on a moody bachelor pad and includes an 11-foot-wide bed set on a gold mirrored platform. “The room feels like the Playboy Mansion, with a touch of Art Deco and a David Hicks pattern thrown in for good measure,” she said.

“I wanted to create a true L.A. moment for them, with nods to California midcentury modern, Laurel Canyon bohemia, Beverly Hills swank, surfing culture, and a little Mexico,” Bini explained. “Then we tied all that in with Cara and Poppy’s Englishness to give the house another layer of Delevingne charm.”

As Poppy summed it up, “This was the chance to build our dream sister house. Miraculously, we’re still talking.”
