- Cleaning and maintenance: Some recipes require the use of containers that are suitable for use in the fryer, preferably made of silicone. To prevent damage to the non-stick layer of the basket, we recommend not using metal containers or abrasive cleaning materials. The removable basket is dishwasher safe.
