      Give up now! Don't put your credit card information into their website. Run. Run away quickly. They will likely respond to this review with another fake communication. This not a legitimate business. They do not answer phone calls and emails, do not send invoices before charging you money, have a bot running their chat app. This is theft, a scam. There are no sales people, no products. This is theft. Every response is automated. Have you found this company because you've already given them your money? Get a lawyer, or go on a budget. You won't see your money or your product.

We have served 1000's of happy customers delighting them with a quality product at an affordable cost for events of all sizes. When a problem is brought to our attention our product experts actively work with our customers to provide the best resolution. We have a commitment to our customers to provide strong product and process knowledge led by our customer service department which is backed up by our Account Management team who take pride in developing relationships with their customers. Many who have been collaborating for years on countless projects. This customer had several touchpoints with members of our team beginning with a customer service representative at which time product information had been discussed. Once the customer submitted their order details her order was processed by her account manager and moved through our system. This process consisted of receiving a detailed art proof created by our art team, uploading credit card information to their individual account and once all approvals had been made the order was finalized and submitted to our production team. At that time a paid invoice had been emailed to the customer. There is a long email string of communication between the customer and the account manager addressing the customer concerns on pricing and referencing costs for blank items vs a custom printed item. The account manager had honored a lower cost that had been quoted and noted by the customer in the emails but surprisingly received a request to cancel the order. The order has been canceled with our production team and a full refund has been processed by accounting. We have been able to confirm that the customer had conversations with 3 members of our customer service team on 3/14 & 3/22 lasting between 3 - 6 minutes each as well as a 10 minute conversation with her account manager on 3/21. Additionally the customer conversed with one of our chat representatives at which time she questioned his legitimacy - For quicker service we offer a chat system that consists of frequently asked FAQ's and answers before being transferred to a live agent. (screenshots and email strings available) It is unfortunate that we are unable to meet this customer's expectations but wish to make other consumers aware of the level of attention we provide to ensure they receive what they ordered, in good condition, and on-time for their event or special project.

      The whole process was a nightmare. Firstly, when I placed the order, I was told I should get it in time, no worries. Then, when I submitted my materials, surprisingly the whole team went on vacation, without any notice. The whole day was lost! They came back the next day and told me I will have to place a rush order and pay $600 extra to get the products in time (On the day of the event). I reluctantly agreed but told the sales rep Kim that she should let *** know that no one will be at the office and to leave the boxes outside. She left no such comment to *** and they took the packages back instead. I called the customer service 4 times and they kept saying that my sales rep Kim would be the only one who can change the request for me to be bale to pickup from nearby location. Anyhow, I kept calling and got no response from her and by day end, she sent me an email "I let them know". Thats it. Nothing else. No information. I got the products 4 days after with expedited shipping charges of $600 that I couldn't even use the materials. Horrible customer service. After spending thousands of dollars on this website, the service we get is horrible. Please don't buy from here. All vendors use the same printing companies and this one is the WORST at customer service. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their work.

      When placing an order online or through one of our account managers the order moves through the same process - an order is received into our system and is sent directly to our art team for digital proofs to be created. This generally takes 1-2 business days for the artwork to be created and emailed, once the art has been approved and payment is received we send the order to production to be processed within the # of business days listed for each item and then ship time via **** All ship dates are based on when proof approval has been received after any artwork changes and payment received. This order which was submitted on 3/22 however the artwork files were not received until 3/23. Communication between the account manager and the customer had consisted of requesting the art files by the account manager as well as the need by date. A response by the customer stated he needed the order for an event on 3/1, requesting us to expedite the shipping and questioning if we needed ai files. Once the art files were received they were sent to the art team to create the proofs. On 3/26 the artist advised that the customer had requested for a change to the journals which required additional costs and production time for approval. The account manager reached out to the customer advising "Unfortunately, we are not able to meet that date. The ships dates are 2/29 and 3/4 plus a few days for shipping. If you wish to proceed, the additional cost to print on the back of the journals is $0.30 each plus a second setup fee of $38. How do you wish to proceed?" She also provided alternate product options that offer a 1 day rush since the original items had longer production time frames and we would not been able to meet the in hand date requested. The account manager also provided the expedited shipping costs to the customer for review and approval per his request. Once the order details, artwork changes and pricing was confirmed the order was submitted to production with instructions for overnight shipping. UPS made the attempt to deliver all 3 products on 3/1 but the business was closed. On 3/1 the customer contacted a member of customer service as well as the account manager requesting to have the packages held for pick up. The account manager submitted the request to UPS but delivery changes and request for pick ups may delay the delivery process and a 2nd attempt was made and delivered on the following business day Monday 3/4. Our offices closed on 3/23 at noon for a company wide meeting and notices had been posted on our website the previous day as well as out of offices posted by all employees. This closure did not contribute to the delay in processing of this order. We are truly sorry that the customer did not receive the items by the requested date and we will be refunding him the *** Next Day Air charges he incurred. A member of our management team will be processing the refund.

      Since I checked here first, but decided to take a chance due to the low price, felt the need to leave this review. My experience was a complete pleasure! From the operator who helped as much as she could the first evening, to the sales person Erica whose attention was on point through the whole process & including the artist who set it up exactly like my vision (or better). It took a couple days for us to get it all set up and agree on the placement since I was having front and back printing and the number of items that I wanted which was 115. Their prices beat everybody and their shipping cost did also. They could not guarantee me a Christmas delivery, but I was fine with handing them out at New Year’s. And then, lo and behold they showed up on December 17 & 18! I will certainly be using them again & my wine tumblers are beautiful!

      I've used this company twice to order fundraiser items for my volunteer organization. In our case they've batted a thousand both times. We got our orders promptly and I found the sales rep, Kim to be very helpful. The items were exactly as ordered and in both cases arrived ahead of the promised date

      The day I ordered, the website's expected date of delivery with the cheapest shipping was a day after I needed the order. The faster shipping option was $60 more ($90 instead of $30 for ground shipping), which was just too much on my little $167 order. I called them and explained the situation -- the guy I talked to said that I could use the slowest shipping and they would get it to me on time, as long as I approved the proof right away and made a note in my order the date I needed the order. I got the proof email 20 or 30 minutes later, I approved it right away, and I got my items on time!!! I really appreciated them putting in extra effort to help keep my costs low. I ordered 300 boxes of soy crayons with a logo on them. Some of the logos were a bit smudged, but the vast majority were good. I appreciated that they carried an eco friendly product like that. Biodegradable crayons in cardboard boxes.

      I ordered tote bags for my annual open house. This event draws over 250 people. When I received the bags my logo was crooked. I immediately e-mailed the company and the rep I was working with said to send pictures. I sent pictures, she told me to ship them back and their quality control check department would evaluate them to see if they needed reprinted. I ordered 200 bags, and only half were incorrect. I did not have time to send them back before our event and she said they would send them back if they did not re-print. So, I would have to dig through 200 bags to find all of the crooked ones and mail them back to await their decision. She never followed up again and was very rude in our communication. The absolute worst representative for your company. DO NOT order from this company with terrible customer service and poor products.

      We are so sorry that the logo was not straight on all of the bags and there was a shift in the printing. The account manager received the photos from the customer to evaluate and offered to have the shipment picked up for quality control and to be reprinted. We offered to send a call tag at our expense to retrieve the boxes and have our team review and reprint. We advised that the team would ship back any correctly printed bag plus replace the incorrect ones but the customer has not responded if she wishes to proceed with this process. We want to make good on any item that has not been printed correctly and replace them as quickly as possible.

      I gave 1 star because it is not possible to give no stars. I ordered 250 fans 8/31 for an event for the agents in my office on 9/23 with a 10 day production schedule. I tried several times to reach my rep as the item kept showing still in production when it should have already shipped. Rep would not return my calls. Finally, I was assured that the order would be shipped on 9/18 for arrival on 9/21. Cutting a bit close but I was stuck. When I saw on the 19th that the order was still in production I requested the order be cancelled. I ordered replacements from another source on a rush basis, which I received. I received an email today, 9/24, at 1pm that my order had been shipped on Friday and they have never acknowledged the fact that I asked the order to cancelled. Completely ignoring my request. I have never seen such horrible customer service and lack of communication. Caitlin P**** my customer service rep, has yet to reach out to me in any way except via email and has not addressed the issues listed above. I will never use 4AllPromos and I will make sure that I leave reviews everywhere possible describing their complete lack of customer responsiveness.

      We are so sorry that the customer did not receive the order on time for her event. We had communicated to our printer that they were needed by a specific date and yet there was an unforeseen delay. We had requested to cancel the order but they had already shipped. A full refund will be processed back to the original form of payment and the hand fan delivery will be refused by the customer.

      This company left me high and dry and looking very unprofessional for a career altering event. I ordered what I planned on been a game changing promo through them. It was completely out of the box, very out of my budget and I was willing to go the extra mile because this event I needed them for was just that important. I gave them almost three weeks to get the project done. I was repeatedly assured I would have the product on time. The last day that I knew the product had to be overnighted or I clearly would not have it on time, I started calling and emailing at noon. I was calmly told I would receive an email with tracking information shortly. My fears were somewhat put to rest by this assurance. Hours later I received nothing. Two emails later, still nothing. Another call later, still no tracking and no return call from the manager like I requested. A third call ten minutes before the closed or business and minutes later I received an email from my account representative confirming what I knew all along - that my order was not going to be able to be filled because of her sheer incompetence. She delayed every step of the way on simple instructions and displayed careless disregard for her job. If I could hold her responsible for the loss of business I’m going to experience by my failure to measure up to my colleagues at this event I would love to. Just sickening actually. In fact, due to her blatant disregard for my needs, she even foreclosed any opportunity that I could avail myself of any sort of 24 hr promo service out there and truly, for lack of a better word, truly, truly, truly screwed me.

      We are truly sorry for the troubles we had with the artwork submitted to be printed on the tape measures. This order was submitted to our production team on 6/20 but due to the 4th of July holiday and production closures and we were alerted by our team of an art concern and reached out to the customer on 7/5. There was too much text to print legibly. It did take 2 days for the account manager as well as the representative who was assisting in her absence to obtain corrected artwork after several request changes. Unfortunately, by the time the final art design was approved we were unable to meet the customers in hand date of 7/11.

      After messing up my order the first time trying this company, I decided to give them another chance as they had the best pricing for the item I needed for my next event. This time I received a quality item but it was someone else’s order and there was no time to fix it so all I’m left with is “I’m sorry we will issue you a prompt refund!!!! 2 back to back events screwed up because of them!! Horrible!!!

      We are extremely sorry that the order of golf towels did not arrive in time for the customers event. The *** labels were swapped with another customers order in the shipping department. Unfortunately this order was a rush order which did not allow for us to provide a replacement set of towels or redirect the original order of towels so a full refund was issued. We do strive to ensure that the item purchased is the correct product you receive, printed, engraved or embroidered correctly and arrives based on the requested date received to meet your specified event date.       I tried to place an order with this company but the communication was so poor that I gave up. Every time I asked a question or updated my artwork it took days to hear back from them. They never answer the phone. After two weeks of trying to place an order, I realized how unprofessional and unresponsive they are and stopped the process. Everything written in these reviews seems to be true. I'll never consider this company again.

      We are so sorry you had a negative experience with trying to place an order. Our customer service team is available from 9am - 6pm to assist our customers with placing their orders online and answering product questions. I have reviewed the correspondence and see that the original email received was in the spam folder as of 4/24 when the customer asked about using a coupon. On 4/28 we found the email in spam and we advised that the product chosen was a "rock bottom priced" item and we couldn't add any other coupon to the order. On 5/3 the customer emailed about trying to process the order for a quantity that was below our minimum. There was no order set up in our system at this time and a member of the sales team requested the details. We advised on the available ship date and suggested expediting the shipping if the order was needed to be delivered before the UPS ground date of 5/16. We had proofs created and an approval by Friday 5/5 but the customer requested to cancel. The artwork does take 1-2 business days to complete and may take longer when there are changes to be made however, we would have been able to meet their in hands date of 5/16 for their event.. We are truly sorry that we were not able to assist the customer with their promotional needs.
