True Blood star Kelly Overton has reportedly filed for divorce from husband Judson Pearce Morgan after ten years of marriage.

The actress allegedly wants spousal support from the director and photographer as well as joint custody of their three-year-old daughter, TMZ has stated.

The 34-year-old - who married The Collective star in April 2004 - is thought to have separated from him in 2012.

The website reports that the brunette beauty, who plays werewolf Rikki Naylor in the HBO drama, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their split.

The star appears to be trying to carry on as normal after tweeting about her fourth of July weekend to her 4,900 followers.

She commented: 'My 3yo daughter ecstatic after firework finale... 'Mommy!! That was my whole life!! And all the fashion fireworks came out of my heart!'.(Sic)

The TV star tends to keep her home life out of the spotlight, and was rarely photographed with her daughter and former spouse.

While seemingly keeping quiet about her marriage, Kelly recently spoke about her role in the hit programme as the final season kicks off in the US.

After being asked what her favourite scene to shoot was, she told FLARE: 'The fight with Alcide in the barn.

'It was my first big scene on the show and the introduction to my character. I loved being able to incorporate my athleticism and get physical.'

And on being asked about the scariest thing had been, she added: 'Definitely the sex scene. I had never done anything close to that before... but this was a werewolf sex scene and then they throw in kung-fu wires, and, I had recently had a baby.'

Kelly first appeared in series four of True Blood for a guest role, before being written in as a main character the following season.
