Protecting our client’s data is of the utmost importance. That’s why our clients get a secure, password protected portal (powered by ShareFile) to store and access important financial documents from anywhere at any time.

ShareFile is used to upload digital copies of your tax documents and download digital copies of your completed tax returns. Using ShareFile is easy, fast, and convenient. To start using your client portal, please call our office at (970) 663-2020 or email stephanie@drygcpas.com to get started.  

Below are a few reminders for ShareFile best practices:

• Please upload your documents as PDF, Word, or Excel files. Avoid uploading photos, such as JPEG or PNG files.
• It is helpful to rename your files to identify the document – ex: “Form W-2 ABC Corp” instead of something generic, like “Scanned Document” or “Tax Document.”
• There are several free document scanning apps for your smartphone. If you do not have a  scanner at home, these apps can utilize your smartphone’s camera to scan documents as PDF files, which you can then upload to our secure portal.

ShareFile is our preferred way to share documents, however we will continue to accept your paper tax documents or can provide you a paper copy of your tax return if you prefer.
