Received as described (thorough description), very well packed. I had a minor issue, they answered promptly and tried to guide me the best they could, and it worked. this machine works a bit differently and that was the issue. Shipping costs are on the high side, however I gave 5 stars for shipping because they do pack extremely well and it is a heavy machine 50-60lb. My thanks to the seller for the information.
