The description provided by the seller, it said used but fully operational or as intended. However, upon arrival the truth is the only thing the receiver did was turning on and off, nothing more. When I tried to contact the seller to request a refund, it didn't response and therefore, ebay costumer service had to intervene. Also, I'm still awaiting the refund, since the carrier wasn’t able to deliver the package because of unsecure delivery location and the seller hasn't pick up the package yet.

These are the best extenders for your AT&T Network. The software is engineered for the band-steering technology that the AT&T modems use that have both the 2.4 and 5.0 GHz WiFi radios (NVG589, 5268AC, 210). They work in conjunction with the modem (RG) to actively push WiFi signal to devices that are struggling to connect.

I assumed that all AirTies 4920's were generic despite the external labeling. Not so, according to an AT&T tech. The AT&T version has proprietary coding that will only work with AT&T routers. Since I have a Frontier router, this is a problem. The AirTies extender would not pair with it. That said, the AirTies 4920 is a good, effective product and I now have several Frontier Secure 4920's working well in my network.I assumed that all AirTies 4920's were generic despite the external labeling. Does not give you much control over which devices are connected to which extender, and it does not always tell you the truth, like which extenders are online. Blinking lights are more reliable, if you know how to interpret them. But it works!Setup is easy. Possibly the best WiFi Mesh range extender for complete coverage throughout my very long and tall house and it works perfectly with the existing WiFi Router. Strong fast and seamless AC WiFi throughout the house. This summer I'm thinking of adding another outside for full extended mesh coverage throughout our outdoor gardens.
