Die Ware kam zügig, war gut verpackt, sah aus, wie beschrieben, alles gut. Alleine weder ein Lieferschein, noch eine Rechnung waren beigelegt. Ich erwarte aber eine Rechnung grundsätzlich ohne weitere Diskussionen. Auch auf Nachfrage war es ungewöhnlich schwierig, eine Rechnung zu erhalten. Erst sei sie ja eigentlich nicht nötig, dann war eine Rechnung abgeblich per Email über ebay nicht zu übermitteln. Sie kam dann per Post. Ich erwarte von einem gewerblichen Anbieter deulich mehr als hier.

Die Rechnung wurde auf Nachfrage 3x per Email hier über Ebay versendet, was ansonsten problemlos funktioniert, scheint nicht geklappt zu haben. Auch als gewerblicher Anbieter muss ich in Zeiten, wo alle nach Klimaschutz rufen, nicht jedem Paket eine ausgedruckte Rechnung beilegen.
