There were a lot things we really loved about this yurt. The materials were all high quality. The shape was functional and cute; we really appreciated the eaves around the tent. The customer service was excellent, they answered all our questions patiently and were easy to work with. Unfortunately, the walls and floor did not connect and form a sealed enclosure, which made it unusable for us. The lack of zipper along the base creates several large gaps that allowed moisture and bugs to enter. Additionally, we found the instructions lacking and difficult to follow. The instructions could use a better translation and more detail on setting up the base of the tent—perhaps that would have solved our floor problem. All things told, this is a quality product that would have been perfect with better instructions and slight modifications
