It is a combination of PBX and ISDN controller.  This intelligent combination, which is also called telecommunications or short TK system, allows you to connect your computer and your analog terminals to the ISDN.  In this way, you can continue to operate your existing analogue devices such as telephones, answering machines, or fax machines, thus leveraging a variety of ISDN features for these devices.  You can connect both multi-frequency (tone dialing) and pulse dialing terminals.  

Blue Fritz!  AP-X has a Bluetooth interface.  The Bluetooth interface allows you to connect one or a maximum of seven computers to the ISDN via Bluetooth connections.  At the same time, another computer can be connected in a conventional way via a cable with BlueFRITZ!  Be connected to AP-X.
