National Volunteer Week! Did you know Opera House Players is run by volunteers? You can find volunteers on the Board of Directors, serving on committees, at community event tables, working backstage, ushering, and more. OHP has continued to be successful largely due to the commitment so many volunteers have provided over the years. As we fundraise for our theater renovation at 100 High St, we are especially in need of volunteers who are interested in joining the Board and serving on committees. There is something for everyone no matter their skill set, interest, or time they’re able to donate. We are extremely thankful to be able to work alongside dedicated friends. Are you interested in volunteering? Visit https://lnkd.in/dhEq3Bir and submit the form to let us know how you’d like to get involved!

We are extremely thankful to Winstanley Enterprises for donating $50,000 to the Opera House Players Center for the Arts renovation fund! This donation is a huge step in making our dream of a new theater space a reality. The orchestra pit at 100 High Street will be named in their honor for their generous donation. Rosa Szykula and Ken Grant represented Winstanley Enterprises at the North Central Connecticut and Tolland Connecticut Chamber of Commerce luncheon yesterday.
