Blake Lively lived out the dream of countless moms when she let her hair down and enjoyed Super Bowl LVIII with her BFF, Taylor Swift, on Feb. 11. Now, she's reflecting on the big outing—the first time she's left her children for an extended period.
On Tuesday, Feb. 20, the Gossip Girl actress took to Instagram to post a carousel of photos featuring her game-day outfit and view from her private suite, along with behind-the-scenes information about her Super Bowl experience. "Last week I left my kids for the first time ever and wore pants that were shoes," she wrote. "I took pictures upside down and had no clue."
"I treated a friendship bracelet like a Flat Stanley for my husband like I didn’t realize it wasn’t ‘07," the mom-of-four continued. "I borrowed more jewelry than the skel[e]ton in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. And I went clubbing."
Lively concluded: "Now I know what my episode of the Twilight Zone would look like. 💥🙌😆♥️🥰""

Lively shares four daughters with her husband, Ryan Reynolds: James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4, and a fourth child whose birth she revealed in February 2023. Although the gender of baby No. 4 has not officially been confirmed, Reynolds may have inadvertently revealed it when he joked, "We actually called our daughter Cocaine Bear," per the Daily Mirror.
