We use the Highest quality ink available allowing the design to stay like new for
years of washes with virtually no discoloring of the product. Every item
is made with care and with strict attention to detail we are certain the
construction of the product will outperform all other brands.

The Dye-Sublimation Advantage:

-The print itself is undetectable by touch on the surface of the fabric and will never wash-out, crack, peel or fade.
-Our Jerseys will not shrink and are resistant to water-based stains. Wash with your regular clothes on the normal cycle with warm or cool water and dry with medium or low heat.
-All colors, text, logos, numbers, ect. are applied under heat and high pressure directly into the material fibers.
-The fabric never loses its functional characteristics (moisture transfer, breathability, sturdiness) and remains comfortable to wear.

Washing:

Wash uniform inside out to aid in damage prevention from other items in loadWash colored and white garments separatelyUse cold/warm waterUse a mild soap or detergentRemove garments from washer promptly

Drying:

Hang dry on wooden or plastic hangers (strongly recommended)If machine dried, set for AIR or Low heat ONLY Remove promptly when cycle is completed

DO NOT:

DO NOT use metal hangers, they may leave rust marks

DO NOT wash in hot water

DO NOT iron

DO NOT over load washer/dryer

DO NOT dry clean

DO NOT use chlorine bleach or a bleach substitute

DO NOT use a fabric softener, i.e. Downy, Woolite, on MXS Moisture – Management Garments – it reduces wicking properties

Storage:

Dry uniforms completely before storingStore in a dry, cool area

Note: While these instructions apply specifically to sublimated uniforms, we recommend a lot of these care instructions for all uniform tops and pants that we sell, not just exclusively for sublimated uniforms.

Shipping/Delivery

All orders received by 2pm will be shipped
the same day . Anything after 2pm will be shipped the following day, Except Friday
it will be sent the following Monday. Our shipping days are Monday-Friday   

Most packages are sent via USPS. Larger
boxes are typically sent via UPS ground But may also be sent USPS ground.

An E-mail notification with tracking is automatically sent
to the customer when the package is picked up by the carrier.

International orders and orders with a different shipping
address require extra verification. Therefore, these orders may NOT be
released for shipping until they have been approved.

Orders that are shipped with incorrect addresses may be
recalled, however, we cannot guarantee this service. UPS and USPS charges
a fee for a recall and/or an address correction. The customer is
responsible for this fee. Customers will be responsible for secondary shipping
charges when a package is re-sent.

Problems/Item Issues

We do our best to ensure you get the right items but do
realize that occasionally there may be a mistake. If you receive items
that are incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can correct this
issue. If the error is ours, we cover shipping costs. However, if the
error was made at the time of ordering, the customer will be responsible for
shipping both ways.
