Abstract

本发明涉及一种便携式电动力工具,包括用于连接电压供应源的具有连接终端的外壳、电动机、板载操作控制单元以及无线电通信装置,所述无线电通信装置用于将在操作控制单元与固定数据处理单元之间的工具操作数据与操作结果数据进行通信。
本发明涉及电池,以及干线连接的电动力工具,其中电压供应源有时与工具断开,使得对留下的无线电通信装置和操作控制单元暂时地不供应任何电压。
在现有技术的电动力工具中,例如电池供电工具,存在的问题有关于来自将电压供应(例如电池供电单元)从工具中移除,直到另一个再充电电池单元连接至工具并且电源电压供应被存储的瞬间,再次接受无线电通信装置的操作和启动工具的操作中的不期望延迟。这是由于无线电通信装置和控制单元要求10-15秒来启动与固定数据处理单元的无线通信,从而能够在已经连接了新的电池单元并且再次供应电源电压之后启动工具的事实。在再次接受动力工具操作条件中的该延迟在例如装配线应用中被认为过长,这是因为它将对工具的生产率产生负面影响。
本发明的目的是通过大幅度降低在工具与固定数据处理单元之间的无线电通信中的延迟从而降低在电压供应源断开时再次接受工具操作条件中的延迟来提高具有板载控制单元和无线电通信装置的便携式电动力工具的生产率。
本发明的进一步的目的是提供具有板载控制单元和无线电通信装置的便携式电动力工具,其中通过在电压供应源断开时保持持续地向操作控制单元和无线电通信装置供应电压而使在替换电池单元后启动工具中的延迟大幅度地降低。
本发明更进一步的目的和优点将从随后的说明书和权利要求中出现。
下面参考附图描述本发明的一个实施方案。
在图中显示了为角向电动扳手的形式的动力工具,该工具包括具有弯头11的外壳10、承载预埋螺母管13的输出轴12以及电动机14。该工具进一步包括示意性显示的操作控制单元16和无线电通信装置17,所述无线电通信装置17用于在动力工具与远程的固定数据处理单元18之间的操作数据与操作结果数据进行通信。在图中显示的动力扳钳的外壳10配置有对接部分20,用于接收再充电电池单元22。电池单元22可与一个或多个相同的电池单元进行替换,以便在使用期限过后能够对电池单元进行再充电。
为了在电池单元22断开时保持持续地向无线电通信装置17和控制单元16供应电压,配置了备用蓄电压装置25。该备用蓄电压装置25可以是辅助电池单元或可用的其他任意类型的蓄电压元件,例如电容器、超级电容或其他任意相似的装置。
尽管在图中显示的动力工具由电池单元供电,本发明也涉及电干线连接工具,其中取代了电池对接部分20的工具外壳10配置有未显示的用作干线连接电缆的连接装置。同样,在具有作为电压供应源的固定电干线网络的动力工具中,有必要保持动力工具的生产率以保持持续地向无线电通信装置17和控制单元16供应电压,从而避免在电压供应电缆暂时断开之后将工具恢复到操作条件的延迟。因此,在该未显示的本发明的实施方案中,备用蓄电压装置25也是必要的部分。
或者根据本发明的动力工具使用电池单元,或者将电干线作为电压供应源,布置备用蓄电压装置25用于仅在电压供应源断开的时间间隔内向无线电通信装置17和控制单元16供应电压,而在电压供应源重新连接时再充电。因而,备用蓄电压装置25将总是被充满电,以能够在下次电压供应源断开时保持向无线电通信装置17和控制单元16供应电压。如上所述,备用蓄电压装置25能够是辅助电池单元形式的,并且布置为在工具外壳中的嵌入部件,或者布置为根据需要无需拆开工具即可轻易地进行替换的可拆卸式模块。

Claims (5)

1.一种便携式电动力工具,包括具有连接终端(20)的外壳(10)以连接电压供应源(22)、电动机(14)、板载操作控制单元(16),以及无线电通信装置(17),所述无线电通信装置(17)用于使在所述动力工具与固定数据处理单元(18)之间的操作数据与操作结果数据进行通信,
其特征在于,在所述动力工具上板载设置备用蓄电压装置(25)以在发生了所述电压供应源(22)断开时,保持持续地向所述板载操作控制单元(16)和无线电通信装置(17)供应电压,以便降低在重新连接所述电压供应源(22)后再次接受所述工具的操作条件中的延迟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式电动力工具,其中布置了所述备用蓄电压装置(25)用于仅在所述电压供应源(22)断开时提供电压,并且当所述电压供应源(22)重新连接时,通过所述电压供应源(22)再充电。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式电动力工具,其中所述电压供应源(22)包括至少两个可再充电电池单元,并且所述连接终端(20)包括形成在所述外壳(10)上的对接部分,并且适用于接收至少两个可再充电电池单元中的一个。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式电动力工具,其中所述备用蓄电压装置(25)包括可拆卸式安装在所述外壳(10)上的辅助电池单元。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的便携式电动力工具,其中所述电压供应源为经由电缆连接至所述动力工具的电干线系统,并且所述连接终端为电缆连接装置。
