Abstract
The method involves having a mobile station with an assigned time reference value and a signal, sent by a second mobile station. The signal of the first mobile station is received and a determination made for a time disalignment. The first mobile station is assigned a time reference value for time synchronization only if the determined time disalignment exhibits a negative value.
