Description

Die Kraftstoffanzeige ist meist sehr klein ausgeführt, somit ergibt sich eine Skaleneinteilung, die für die Reserveanzeige sehr kurz ist. Beim VW Polo ist die Reserveanzeige etwa 1/12 des gesamten Anzeigewinkels. Nach weiterem Füllen des Kraftstofftanks bewegt sich der Hauptzeiger (2) nach rechts, bis er in der Endposition neben dem Reservezei ger zu stehen kommt. Durch Entnahme von Kraftstoff durch den Motor bewegt sich der Hauptzeiger (2) nach links, wie heute üblich. Nachdem dieser Zeiger bei weiterer Kraftstoffentnahme die linke Endposition erreicht hat (Fig. 3), fängt der Reser vezeiger (1) an, die vorgesehene Menge über den gesamten Be reich anzuzeigen (Fig. 3).As long as the fuel tank is empty, both pointers ( 1 , 2 ) are on the left side of the scale ( Fig. 1).
