Dem Zähler 2 ist eine Schalteinrichtung 3 nachgeschaltet, durch welche die Versorgung der elektrischen Geräte 4, Anlagen u.dgl. unterbrochen werden kann. Zur Steuerung der Schalteinrichtung 3 ist eine Übertragungs¬ einrichtung 5 vorgesehen, welche mit der Schalteinrichtung 3 über eine Leitung 54 verbunden ist. Über die Leitung 54 kann die Schalteinrichtung 3 von der Übertragungεeinrichtung 5 her so geschaltet werden, daß entweder die elektrischen Geräte 4, Anlagen u. dgl. mit elektrischer Energie versorgt werden oder daß die Energieversorgung unterbrochen ist. Die Steuerung der Einrichtung 5 kann entweder über eine Leitung 11 erfolgen, welche an die Versorgungsleitung 1 angeschlossen ist, wodurch der Übertragungseinrichtung 5 vom Energieversorgungsunterneh¬ men her über die Speiseleitung 1 und die Verbindungsleitung 11 Steuersignale zugeführt werden können. Alternativ dazu kann die Übertragungseinrichtung 5 vom Energieversorgungsun¬ ternehmen her über eine Telefonleitung 12 gesteuert werden.
