I want to sell a few items on eBay, but when I try to list it, it says I've reached my selling limit on eBay, even though I've never sold anything!

It looks like you haven't sold anything in a while. Have you signed on with managed payments? If you haven't that's why you're getting that message.

Start by reading all the Help pages about selling. One thing that you will learn is that the "Powerseller" status no longer exists.
