Today's artist spotlight is on Shannon Finley. Born in Canada and currently living in Berlin, Finley's work deals closely in geometric abstraction. The pieces above are from Rhombuses, Rays and Orbs exhibit. Finley applies layers of acrylic paint, hinting subtle textures and finishes, yet visually complex looking.
