From 26 April to 30 June 2002, the "Small Hall" of the Essl Collection's museum building will feature a special show as part of the exhibition IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE Photo \ Art. Entitled Intervention, it is devoted to Austrian Artist Lois Renner.

Austrian artist Lois Renner explicitly concentrates on painting studied through the use of photographic processes. He perceives photography as a means of reproducing painting. Every object the artist captures in his photographs is in a painting context and serves painting.
