Guillermo Deisler was born in Santiago, Chile in 1940. He lived in exile in Halle in eastern Germany, where he died in November of 1995 .. It 'been very active as an artist and visual poet Mail. Deisler Luis Guillermo Gonzalez, Guillermo Deisler name of art, printmaker and visual artist. Born in Santiago June 15, 1940, died October 21, 1995 in Halle, Germany. Between 1958 and 1960 he studied at the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Chile, where he majored in ceramics and etching techniques. She also studied theatrical design, stage design and lighting in the evening school of the University Theatre itself. It 'been a professor of Visual Arts at the University of Antofagasta, Chile was also a poet, writer, author of books Grrr ... and works of visual poetry. In 1963 he founded Ediciones Wicker, where he has published more than fifty young poets and writers using a hand press and woodcut illustrations. In 1987 he began the project by the International Mail Art UNI / vers, folder and experimental visual poetry. 40 artists have participated in every issue of the folder with a circulation of 100 numbers. 35 numbers have been made that have been acquired by the library of Saxony, Dresden, Germany, Schiller Museum in Marbach, Germany, August Hezog Wolfenbütel Library, Germany State University Library, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Museum of Modern Art in New York, George Pomidou Central National Library in Paris, the Ecole des Beaux Arts de la Ville de Paris Gallery.
