I’ve been playing the piano for almost a decade. I’ve learned and attempted to master countless pieces, but at first, I only started taking classes because my parents wanted me to. I had never anticipated to enjoy it so much. I have previously competed in Charleston competitions, and as a top-five finalist, I was granted the opportunity to play at Carnegie Hall–an incredible experience that I will never forget. I recently came back to playing after taking a break for a year and playing the piece that got me that amazing opportunity reignited a passion like none other. All my thanks go to my music teacher, who gave me the knowledge I need to take my hobby to new heights. I am truly ecstatic to see where my piano journey will take me next.
