The Under Skirt was made from custom printed fabric of the 10th Doctor’s Interior TARDIS walls
The Over Skirt was made from custom printed fabric of the TARDIS exterior
The Cape was made form custom printed fabric of the “Free for Public Use” sign trimmed in “Police Box” fabric
The shoulder scallops are the TARDIS windows with the Seal of Rassilon details.
The Belt is the “Police Box” Sign, with “St. James” and “Free for Public Use” embellishments
