breakfast:
- black coffee (0 cal)
- sofresco shot cayenne/turmeric (70 cals)
- kombucha (35 cals)
lunch:
- one yellow dragon fruit (60 cals)
- luna bar (180 cals)
dinner:
- idk different every night but I’ll try to eat a small portion whatever it is
- eat mostly veggies etc
