    A very easily grown, creeping, mat-forming plant with silvery-white, woolly foliage and a snow-like mass of pure white flowers in May and June. Valuable for rock gardens, borders or carpeting any sunny spots. The variety we offer is superior to the type, being snowier and whiter. 8ins (20cm)

    Very easy, fast ground cover

    Very easy to germinate, quick to grow and very hardy. Planted out in March in a cold spring in northeast Yorkshire and grew well despite many light frosts. Began flowering In June, the silver foliage is just as attractive as the flowers.

    Germination Instructions

    Sow indoors. Surface sow onto moist, well-drained seed compost. Firm down. Propagate, ideal temp. 21°C. Germination takes 2-3 weeks approx. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to 8cm pots and grow on in cooler conditions. Acclimatise and plant out in spring or autumn.

    Growing Instructions

    Prefers any well-drained soil in full sun. Easy to grow.                  

    Cultivation Instructions

    Trim faded blooms after flowering ceases to maintain a tidy shape. Established plants can be divided in spring or autumn.
