Kelly’s Cancer Therapy in NYC

Hello Friends and Family from far and wide!
As you may already know, Kelly Mosher was diagnosed with lung cancer in March of 2019. It’s been a rollercoaster of a journey, and at this time she continues to have spots in her chest, as well as as having reoccurring spots on her brain, though those are currently not present.
With the support of her doctors, she has been selected to participate in Proton Therapy. It is a relatively new type of therapy, but because she has so much damage to her esophagus due to previous radiation and chemotherapy, this is a better option for her as it won’t affect her other organs as much. However, to participate, she will need to move to NYC so she can be at the David Koch Center for Cancer at Memorial Sloan Kettering. The hospital nor insurance will provide any financial support for her to live in NYC - so we are coming to you all, the people who love Kelly, to ask for your support.
Funds raised through this GoFundMe will assist her with paying for housing, food, and transportation while in the city. We don’t have specific dates just yet, so it’s hard to put a concrete number on what is needed. However, if funds raised go over what is needed for housing, food, and transportation, they will be put towards her constantly accruing medical bills as she loses health insurance at the end of this year as well.
Anyone who knows Kelly knows she is a giver. Of her time, of her heart, of her love, and of her many talents. But this time, she needs us to give. Whether it’s of our money, our time, our prayers, our love, or our support - all of it is beneficial and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
