I have over 20 years of accomplishment combining professional theatre and curriculum expertise to design, deliver, and oversee robust Fine Arts Programs focused on student engagement, personal development, and professional growth. My professional career outlines a history of success in academic administration, curriculum design, student recruitment, staff development, fundraising, and relationship management.

I have been the Theatre Department Chair for the University of Missouri - Kansas City, Coastal Carolina University, and Ashland University. My attention to overall program value and student experience has led to successful design and expansion of B.A., B.F.A, and M.F.A. degree programs, including the first U.S.A. based B.F.A. Emphasis in Physical Theatre degree program for Coastal Carolina University.
My goal as the Department Chair is to influence a culture of academic excellence and professional development while uncovering and highlighting the individual strengths of my students and faculty.
