Hello, I'm Kate, an integrative counsellor working with people who experience anxiety, depression, work-related stress, relationship issues, conflict management, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, grief and loss. I am trained in suicide prevention (ASIST), harm reduction, and anti-oppression. I work holistically, considering the body-mind-spirit connection, your unique qualities and your story.
