Who is Andrea Joyce?
Andrea got her start straight out of university, working for KMGH-TV in Denver, before she moved to Dallas in 1987 - she worked as a weekend sports journalist for WFAA-TV.
The budding young star quickly excelled through the ranks, and went on to appear as a reporter for CNN at the Olympic Games in Seoul, 1988.
Just a year later, Andrea signed with CBS - where she made her Open Tennis Championships debut. She worked three winter games with the broadcasters, and only left in 2000 when she joined NBC.
Despite already having an impressive legacy behind her, Andrea went on to be the go-to reporter for NBC's coverage of the Winter and Summer Olympics.

Who is Andrea Joyce's husband Harry Smith?
Andrea married the senior American journalist Harry Smith back in 1986, after less than a year of dating.
They met in Denver, when Andrea was starting out as a journalist for KMGH-TV - and soon moved to Dallas together, when Harry was appointed a CBS correspondent.
Like Andrea, Harry has an impressive legacy in the broadcasting world.

He also worked for KMGH-TV, at the beginning of his career, before he made his mark on CBS.
The star hosted morning programs for the network, like The Early Show and CBS This Morning, as well as some evening flagship shows such as Face the Nation and CBS Evening News.
After a solid nine years, he joined his wife ay NBC - where he has reported regularly on various programs, and has also served as a news anchor for MSNBC.
Do Andrea Joyce and Harry Smith have any children?
Although the pair are predominantly focused on the news - sporting or otherwise - they do take time for family life.
The happily married couple, who have been together for over three decades, have two children.
They have often been seen walking red carpets with their sons, Jake and Grady Smith.
Their first son, Jake Smith, was born on November 15th 1990, and their second, Grady Smith, was born on October 29th 1994.
Andrea and Harry had also announced that they were expecting twins in 1992, although they were unsuccessful.

While the happy couple continue to live out their life of luxury in New York City, their children are all grown up and have chosen to live separately.
Sources have revealed that they remain very close to their parents, and see each other frequently.
