The exhibition is dedicated to the artist Sergio Zevallos and his practice of over forty years of embodying, exploring and transforming dominant systems of knowledge.

For Zevallos, the work of transforming imposed patriarchal and colonial knowledge begins in the body, in this very personal and intimate realm, and is realised through performativity, social choreography and a critical realism.

The exhibition features newly commissioned works by Zevallos based on the journal Sociedad y Política in Zevallos' family archive, alongside early works.

Activations and performances by the artist enliven the exhibition throughout its run.
